The best thing to do if you want the "exact" cut is to bring the picture along and have your stylish look at it. By giving this unique cut a name is kind of iffy (trust me, I've done this many times) and I think it would be hard for your stylist to determine the exact image you are searching for.
So just print the pics out and tell your stylist to give you the exact same hairstyle.

hey, that looks like my hair. A lot. 'Cept mine's darker. I told the stylist that i wanted something that looked a bit like a shag. sorta punk/badass. And that it should have layers and feathers. That's what she came up with.
