Honey, is not a scissors, if u have straight hair and u want to make it curly, the best u can do is to get a perm, but always visit an expert first...

it definitely is not the scissors. if you want your hair to appear more curly though, get your hair layered.

you can get more of a curl at the end and when its not all the same length it can appear more volumeous and less uniform.

They can make the hair curl at the ends only by cutting it at an angle...is that what you mean? That is the only thing I can think of:)

I did not take time to see what the other answers were. But there is no way some one can cut your hair and make it curl. The only way its going to happen is if you have natural curl to start with. I don't care if they use curved scissors or not it will not work.

If you want curly hair get a perm by a professional.
