How to style hair?

I use the Panteen Pro V Ice Shine, http://www.google.com/products?q=pantene...

and it smoothes out my hair really well! Also I use a Redkin Anti-Snap leave in conditioner afterwards just at the tips, so the humidity does ruin everything. Redkin has a new line I have been looking to try called Smooth Down. They have great products and most salons use them:

okay first of all, for shiny hair, go to bath and body and get fekkai fabulous, it rocks! then to cut down on the frizz, use a straightener, and use a defrizzing product. then to accentuate the layers, use a gel and peice out the ends of your hair, though the straightening will help.

for help also, go to a beauty supply place like ulta, not a place like target or something because they specialize in exactly what you need.

I have a ton of hair and a ton of frizz! I also have layers in my hair that need taming! I normally wash my hair every other day. I use pretty much ANY shampoo and conditioner that is for dry/frizzy hair or the new ones that will help "smooth" the hair out. After towel drying my hair, I apply some leave in conditioner and a small amount of John Frieda's Frizz-Ease in my hair. This usually helps with the frizz. As far as "separating" the layers for a piecey look, use a type of hair wax or pomade....I use Pantene. A small amount goes a long way! I try to apply only on the ends and the sections I want to stand out more. Using your fingers for this rather than the palms of your hands is essential! Since the ends of the hair usually are the parts that "frizz" the fastest, the pomade also helps "bind" the frizz/ fly-aways/ split-ends.

I think when it comes down to it, just try a few different products (since all products work differently for people!) and make sure to keep your hair conditioned!

well to get rid of the frizz you should try this: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh...

i think they also sell fekkai products at bath and body works. if not you could just go to a local drug store and get anti-frizz shine serum for your hair or something.

to accentuate your layers, pantene has a new line of hair products just for that. http://www.pantene.com/jsp/collection/in...

click on texturize! you can use the texture and shine defining pomage to make your layers stand out more.

you should also probably use the shampoo and conditioner under the anti-frizz section at the same site above to help make your hair frizz free.

hope this was helpful!
