I have short hair that i REALLY want long again, but it looks bad because when i got it cut short the stylist cut layers with a razor so its longer in the back than it is in the front. Also it super bushey in the back at the bottom. So should i cut it so its more one leangth or just wait?

since they're in layers, you could ask your hair cutter to cut the longest layer to make it as short as the shortest one, so that they all grow out evenly.
