yes i was mad at the customer but that was only once and i was bearly learning how to do hair

NEVER!!!! Even if I don't like the client, that is still my name walking around on their head. It's bad business, poor customer service, and who wants someone walking around saying.."My hair sucks! I don't know what her problem is...she sucks! You don't want her cutting your hair." However, I do reserve the right to fire any client...I've even fired my own sister.
