OK, so I went to Supercuts (never going there again) for a haircut, and picked out this awesome, beachy-looking style from their book. The hair stylist I got couldn't cut hair worth ANYTHING!!!!! So now, I have this short (about shoulder length) goody-two-shoes haircut!!!!! I went from looking great to looking like I just walked out of a all-Christian school in a uniform!!!!! I can't afford extensions, have blonde, straight hair, bangs, and very fine and soft hair, if anybody can help me!!!!! It is too short to even put up into a ponytail or braid!!!!!

Maybe it wasn't the stylist that made it look bad. Not blaming you but not all hairstyles will look good on everyone. What may look great on someone in a book will look different on you if your face size and shape are different. If you want extensions but you say you can't afford it, there are clip on extensions available. You clip them near the roots of your hair underneath a layer of hair, so the clip isn't visible. A former coworker of mine uses them and I never knew they were extensions until she showed me one day. You can get them at a beauty supply store (like Sally's) or I've seen them at the malls at those small carts that sell hair accessories.
Another option would be to find some cute hair clips/pins and find a way to pin your hair so it doesn't look so school/christian girlish. Maybe twist some pieces or pin your bangs back so you look more like an adult and not a child. Those wide headbands with the ribbons hanging at the bottom are in style right now. Those would look cute with short hair without making you look like a little christian girl. Or even just a ribbon tied as a headband with the bow at the nape could work. Just experiment until you find something you like.
Also, you said your hair is too short to put up in a ponytail. If it's shoulder length, can you at least put it up in a half ponytail? I've had shoulder length hair before and was able to barely get by with a half ponytail.

2nd look up an address for supercuts and write them a letter about what happened to you.

If you don't want to wear it all clipped back for the next two weeks, then I suggest you go to a quality place and get a decent haircut. By quality, I mean you may have to spend more than Supercuts to get a good haircut. But there are places that aren't outrageously priced that will give you a good haircut. They will work with what you have to make it look great, maybe add some layers, and pizazz so you don't look like Ms. Goody Two Shoes.

Oh my...
I'm assuming from your descriptions it's just cut flat. (I know you wouldn't want to do anything more to your hair just incase you ruin it even more..) However, maybe you should go to another salon, and layer it; make it stylish..But if your hair is very fine..I think you should just leave it alone and wait for it to grow out. Don't make rushed decisions out of frenzy. Take time, look at your hair, and try to appreciate it. I hated my hairstyle when I got it cut short, (long now,) but i got used to it and tried simple clips and stuff. Hair grows about an inch every month..you'll live. (:

wear one of those thick headbands that you can buy from target or even walmart, put your hair back for a few weeks then get it cut again.
Or go to a better place and get them to cut it a tiny bit shorter, enough to just fix it.

Try curling it like your avatar or give your hair the beachy wave look by scrunching it wet with curling mousse, using a diffuser.

Well your first mistake was going to Supercuts. lol The hairstylist can't even be called "hairstylist" They're the duds of cosmo school who couldn't get a good job at a real salon.
But second...my advice would be if you really hate it is to go to a real salon and try to have them fix it. And if you're willing to go shorter..they could fix it and make it turn out really cute. Short fun summer hair is fun for this season! Good luck!

You might want to do something like scrunch it or use a gel or get it cut like a punk rock style. Maybe even use a few more hair accecsories as in clips or bobbie pins to pull you hair halfway up!
