if not then what is that hair cut called, like it looks like layers on top and then thinner as you go down.. whats that hair cut called? and whats the best way to describe it to a hair stylist?

looks like choppy long shaped layers. Her hair is shaped around her head. Ask for shorter layers on top to give it that shape formation around the head, but make sure you say you want it long.

I'd suggest just taking the picture into the stylist then they can actually see what you want and you are more likely going to get what you ask for.

i'd say that you should bring in that picture with you to your stylist, and try to find some from different angles too, and show her what you want.

I'm not sure what that is ,but my daughter just got her hair cut like that. I don't understand why anyone would want their hair thin.
