How can I get emo hair?

I kind of want long bangs in the front, but I want the rest of my hair to be normal-length. Unfortunately, I live in Ohio where all the hair-stylists are rednecks (I'm NOT a redneck! I'm a scenester, and I have to buy all my clothes online from urban outfitters lol) and they always give me a terrible haircut. Does anybody know of a youtube video that shows you how to cut your own hair with Emo fringe?

Okay do NOT cut your own hair. It will turn out horribly. Take a picture of what you want to a reputable salon. Meaning you're gonna have to go to one of the C's. Either Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland. As a fellow Ohioan I agree that there is a lot of white trash and inbred people that leak over from WV but we'll survive. LOL!
