i just got 2 inches cut off like 3 months ago, and it seems like it hasnt grown back. i only cut 2 inches off because my hair stylist said it would be better if i cut off all my layers, and then i could start growing my hair out. im trying biotin, and massaging my scalp.

any tips on helping my hair grow faster?

and im currently taking about 3 or 4 pills (biotin) a day. is that too much, too less?
